Scheid Family Wines (~$100M + public company) hired Markacy in 2022 to evaluate 4 brands they wanted to prioritize for direct-to-consumer sales in addition to expanding wholesale distribution. Markacy analyzed the current state across people, process, technology and financials and created bespoke strategies for 2023 leveraging available media and marketing budgets to maximize brand awareness and sales. Markacy also was engaged to support Sunny With A Chance Of Flowers in setting up a 3-tier advertising model through Meta, Google, eGrocery, Direct Mail and Marketplaces as well as optimizing the brands CRM automation flows and email/sms campaign strategy.
