Our Finance Based Marketing approach leverages marketing best practices, analytics, creative testing and financial modeling to ensure our client’s media and marketing programs are aligned with P&L forecasts and business strategy.
We look at our clients’ marketing problems from their lens. We have a very close dialogue with our clients on financial forecasts, inventory, margin implications, scenario planning and overall business strategy. This enables us to look holistically at how to best align media and marketing capital and tactics to growth and business objectives. Our ability to understand customer and performance data and trends helps us quickly action acquisition and retention strategies that drive client results.
For our advertising services, our standard engagements are a minimum monthly retainer with a tiered percentage of spend model built in.
Our consulting and creative services are typically fixed fee engagements with term payment options built off of scope, hours and other engagement costs.
All of our service contracts also provide access to the entire agency through a blended hourly rate for ad-hoc initiatives or capacity requirements.
We also work with clients to define performance arrangements where Markacy can provide flexibility on engagement fees in order to be eligible for a performance bonus tied to key business objectives (e.g. monthly revenue or efficiency goal, CAC target, etc.).
